lovely stay near vesuvius

amazing staff spacious room lovely pool beautiful garden
The hotel staff was amazingly friendly and always available to assist!). i enjoyed the superior beautiful double or twin room. It was spacious and very clean. the pool provided lovely views of the sea and mountains. the grounds were well-kept, especially the beautiful garden.
the location is somewhat isolated without a car. i found public transport not too close, yet this seclusion added to the hotel's peacefulness.

The on-site restaurant has very nice food with a view of the sea, sorrento, and capri. I ate there twice. the food was great, and at a reasonable price. gluten-free breakfast options included a hot, made-to-order chocolate croissant.

the hotel has an excellent swimming pool with a poolside bar and views of vesuvius. the pool area has plenty of space to relax. i also noticed a free shuttle is available to the local railway station for convenient access to nearby attractions.

the location worked well for visiting vesuvius, pompeii, the amalfi coast, naples, and caserta. the hotel is a little isolated, so i recommend having a car to explore the area. the views of the bay of naples and the islands are nice.

the pool was lovely. it was convenient that the hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the balconies were also quite large.
dinner was not very good. breakfast also was just okay, nothing special. the wifi was poor, so paying with credit card was difficult.

plumbing issues unauthorized charge
The grounds seemed nice and the pool was a highlight.
The hotel showed signs of neglect, I noticed plumbing issues, missing wood trim, and incomplete canopy rods. The taxi to the hotel from the airport cost 95 euros, yet the hotel wanted 185 euros for the return trip. They later reduced it to 150 euros, it reminded me of a rip-off. Then, they charged our companions' credit card without authorization, blaming a problem with my card, not the case.

Great Hotel Experience

I found the bedrooms spacious. Rooms had air conditioning. I also appreciated the comfortable beds. The hotel provided lots of free parking as Mount Vesuvius.
The hotel wanted to charge a very high amount to return us to the airport. The staff eventually settled on a lower price. This experience left a negative impression.
